Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and you do not have to face life’s challenges alone. I provide a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.
With more than 15 years of experience, I work with individuals, couples, children, and families navigating a wide range of concerns. I support clients experiencing trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, grief and loss, chronic pain, substance use, anger or irritability, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the everyday stress that can leave us feeling stuck or disconnected.
My approach is holistic, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I believe healing often begins with a deeper understanding of ourselves and with compassion for the ways we have learned to cope. Together, we can explore the connection between your mind, body, relationships, and responses to stress while building practical tools for emotional regulation, resilience, and lasting change.
I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic approaches, Polyvagal Theory, and Gottman Therapy. Therapy is personalized and collaborative, with an emphasis on finding the methods and strategies that best support you.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Clemson University and my Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina. I am also an Air Force Veteran and have extensive experience supporting service members, veterans, and military families, though I welcome clients from all backgrounds and stages of life.
My goal is to help you move toward a life that feels more balanced, connected, meaningful, and fulfilling.
